Refund Policy

At Let`s Sustain, we strive to provide our valued delegates with the best experience when it comes to our conferences. We understand, however, that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for conference registrations made through our online platform.

Refund Eligibility:

All refunds shall be issued in the form of Let`s Sustain Credit Vouchers (LSCV) only. These vouchers can be used exclusively for our future conferences or events.

The refund policy varies by registration category as outlined below:

1. Fully Funded / Partial Funded Delegates

The registration fee for these categories is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Self-Funded Delegates

A. Delegates with Full Registration Fee

  • Delegates who have paid the Full Registration Fee are eligible for cash refunds in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

 

B. Delegates with Discounted Registration Fee

  • Delegates who have paid a Discounted Registration Fee are not eligible for cash refunds or transfer of registration.

  • However, they may request a Let`s Sustain Credit Voucher (LSCV), subject to the terms below.

 

Let`s Sustain Credit Voucher (LSCV) Terms for Discounted Registration Fee

Request Process

  • Delegates must request their LSCV via email to the official Let`s Sustain team at info@letssustain.org.

 

Validity

  • Let`s Sustain Credit Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

 

Usage

  • LSCVs may only be used toward future Let`s Sustain conferences or events.

 

Non-Transferable

  • LSCVs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

 

Partial Redemption

  • If the value of the LSCV exceeds the cost of future registration, the remaining balance can be used later (within the validity period).

Refund Process

To request a refund or credit voucher, please email info@letssustain.org with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Conference Name]”

Include the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Supporting Documentation (if applicable)

 

Special Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, terrorism, or other unforeseen events), Let`s Sustain reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

Travel Reimbursement Policy for Fully Funded Delegates

Upon event completion, fully-funded delegates who attended will receive a form to submit their bank details. Reimbursements may take 4–8 weeks after submission.

 

Invitation Only Category

The registration fee paid to obtain an invitation letter is non-refundable and non-transferable. Obtaining a visa is the sole responsibility of the delegate. Let`s Sustain will only provide an invitation letter for visa assistance.

 

Policy Updates

Let`s Sustain reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official website.

By registering for a conference through Let`s Sustain, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
